This home is constructed in the prestigious City of Bellaire, Texas. A six thousand six hundred and three (6,603) total square footage Master Piece, this home is a true example of a GAD design. Owners Charlie Yao & Shelby Song came to GAD by way of U-Build-It’s office looking for a Spanish/Mediterranean home. We interviewed with the couple, understood their vision and were confident that we could meet their requirements, and thus gladly accepted their offer. Working for both individuals was truly a great experience and shows what happens when you partner a great Client and Design Team. Allowing us to design freely, we were able to explore areas of design not yet seen in Bellaire. The end result is a beautiful Spanish/Mediterranean home with a stucco and stone finish. It has a beautiful court yard in the center of the home, creating a tranquil feeling by bringing nature indoors. By using lots of Spanish touches, we made this home one of a kind. |

A great example of Modern Mediterranean/Italianate Design by GAD. This project is under construction in the prestigious Neighborhood of Champions Forrest; Houston, Texas. A seven thousand one hundred and forty six (7,146) total square footage True Work of Art- inside and out. Designing this home was truly a huge career accomplishment for GAD. Owners George and Linda Adams made this design one to remember. When George and Linda came to GAD by way of Tom Tynan Homes, they were looking for a design team that could meet there challenges. We gladly accepted this challenge and started a great Owner/Designer relationship. Giving us the freedom to provide Residential Design Services and Interior Selections, GAD proved once again that true modern Mediterranean and Italian combinations are breathtaking. This home is designed to take advantage of views overlooking Champions Golf Course, with its exemplary landscape and ponds. Large windows to the rear with large covered Lanai’s make all views beautiful and unforgettable. We provided full Interior Finish services making this home an example of what vision, creativity and the desire to excel can produce.
